Thank you for choosing to shop with us. By purchasing at our small farm, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Guarantee : We guarantee that every tuber is grown by us and the tuber you received is the true ID, has at least one eye, and a healthy tuber body. 

Refund policies:

- If there is a storage failure or other issues before or during shipping, a full refund will be issued for that variety, and a refund notification will be sent to your provided email address.

- After you receive the package, please open and inspect it immediately. If there are any concerns/problems, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, including clear photos or videos.

- We do not provide refunds for damage due to bad weather, your storage conditions, rot during planting, viruses, pests, poor soil conditions, negligence, or plant performance.

Viruses:

We cannot offer a virus-free guarantee, but we do our best to sanitize between plants and tuber clumps, and we also aggressively cull suspicious plants during the growing season.

Dahlia tuber shipping:

CART: Your order is only confirmed once you checkout and receive an order confirmation number and email

Shipping: All orders will be shipped via UPS. Shipping is weather depends.

All sales are final, order cancellations or changes are not permitted.
